Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your use of Doctoform (doctoform.com), a service that converts Excel and Word questionnaires into Google Forms and Microsoft Forms. By using Doctoform you agree to these terms.

The Service

Doctoform lets you upload Excel (.xlsx), Word (.docx) or PDF questionnaires and converts them into Google Forms or Microsoft Forms. The service is provided by an individual developer.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload unlawful, infringing or harmful content, and not to misuse the service or attempt to disrupt its operation. You are responsible for the content you upload.

Google and Microsoft Services

When you use Doctoform to create Google Forms or Microsoft Forms, your use of those products is also subject to Google's and Microsoft's own terms and policies. Doctoform acts on your behalf through their official APIs.

Accounts

Signing in is optional and uses Google sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Upload and preview are available without signing in.

Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the documents and content you upload. Doctoform and its software remain the property of its developer.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date of the latest revision is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time, in particular in case of misuse or violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary.
